The twin sister Jacqueline is an American journalist, while her brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. was born in Canada. Hennessy's father is Irish and Sweden-born. Her mother is the mix with Ukrainian Roma, Austrian and Austrian. She was a graduate of Grand River Collegiate Institute, Kitchener Ontario. She used to perform in Toronto's subway.
