Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she performed at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Communication. Upon moving into Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theatre arts, acting as well as choreographing over a dozen plays and musical productions like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera as well as 7 lead roles at Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly took on improvisational studies in The Groundlings, and joined Theatre West as a Company Member. In the process, she started landing roles in TV and Film. Kelly has an unique voice and small stature makes her a good choice for a variety of roles. Her most well-known character is Naomi Watts's scheming Samara in The Ring 2, but her best-known character is as a cheerful receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a part in a regular show for TV The Land's The Exes for the years 2011-2015. Kelly played both a paralegal and a night party drinker. Alyssa Mio's sassy sexpert, little sister was another frequent role. Her soprano voice has been lent by her voice to a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Most recently she can be seen as the dim but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet life which is fairly quiet with a husband and her two kids. She is a lover of sewing as well as write, and she also volunteers in schools.
