Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years and set higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more proud of the result. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going into work out sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
